Delivery Policy

Effective: 1 January 2024

1. Digital delivery

All minionsdesign services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Final deliverables are shared via Figma link, file download link or email attachment.

2. Timelines

Spark: 10 calendar days from kickoff call. Flux: 21 calendar days. Nova: 35 calendar days. Launch Page service: 7 calendar days. Visual Lift audit: 5 business days. These assume client review within 48 hours at each stage.

3. Kickoff

After payment, we contact you within 1 business day to schedule a kickoff call. The delivery timeline starts from the kickoff date.

4. Delays

If review or approval takes longer than 48 hours, the delivery date extends by the equivalent delay. We notify you of any extension in writing.

5. File formats

Final files are Figma source files. On request, we export PNG, SVG, PDF or WebP at no extra cost. Developer specification documents are included in Flux and Nova packages.

6. Post-delivery

Flux and Nova include a 14-day post-delivery window for minor corrections at no charge. Beyond this, additional support is charged at the hourly design rate of BGN 58.30 per hour.
