How a project works
Four steps. The same every time. No surprises.

Brief and discovery

We start with a conversation, not a questionnaire. We need to understand your business, your audience and what the site has to accomplish before we make a single decision about how it should look.

Structure and planning

Before visual design begins, we map the information architecture, define the page hierarchy and produce wireframes. You approve the structure before anything gets a colour applied to it.

Design and iteration
+
Visual design in Figma. Every revision round is structured, not open-ended. You get a specific set of screens to review and comment on, and we update based on your feedback in batches.
04
Delivery and handoff
+
Final files delivered as Figma source, exported assets and a written specification for development. A walkthrough call is included. We stay available for 14 days post-delivery for minor corrections.
