General
Where are you based?

In Yambol, Bulgaria. We work with clients remotely throughout Bulgaria and Europe. All project communication is in English or Bulgarian.
Do you only design or do you build websites too?

We design in Figma and deliver production-ready files. We do not write code ourselves, but we prepare full developer handoffs and can recommend developers we have worked with.
Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Around 25% of our clients are outside Bulgaria. Project communication is in English and all deliverables are in English.
Pricing
What is included in the price?

Everything is specified before you pay. You will know exactly what pages, file formats, revision rounds and delivery timeline are included in the package you choose.
Can I start with a small package and upgrade?

No. Packages are scoped as complete engagements, not modular subscriptions. If you need more than the Spark package includes, start with Flux. Upgrading mid-project adds friction and usually costs more in total.
Delivery
How long does a project take?
+
Spark is 10 days. Flux is 21 days. Nova is 35 days. These start from the kickoff call and assume you review work within 48 hours at each stage.
What format do you deliver files in?

Figma source files. On request, we also export PNG, SVG, PDF and WebP at no extra cost. Developer specification documents are included in Flux and Nova.
