Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of minionsdesign services. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
minionsdesign provides web design services delivered digitally as Figma source files and associated assets. We design; we do not write code unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Payment
All prices are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN). Payment is processed through Stripe. Bulgarian VAT applies where required by law. No EIN or tax identification numbers are displayed on this site.
4. Delivery
Timelines per package are stated on the Pricing and Delivery Policy pages. Timelines start from the kickoff call and assume client review within 48 hours at each stage.
5. Revisions
Revision rounds are as specified per package. Additional rounds are charged at the hourly design rate.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of final delivered files. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Yambol courts.
